WOW Dining Experience

5th October- $169 per person

An entertaining night in theme with WOW providing a menu with minimal impact, wine pairing by one of the best natural winemakers in NZ. with entertainment by vocalist Natalie Mezaros.

Wine Pairing: A Thousand Gods is a small winery in Marlborough by Simon and Lauren. They make wine from carefully organically grown Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and Viognier. To those classical grapes, they bring an old world style of winemaking that they have refined over the years in the South of France. The resulting wines have length, tension and a great clarity.

So what is no waste dining?

This includes sourcing ingredients with minimal packaging, reusing materials whenever possible, recycling, and composting food scraps and biodegradable waste. The ultimate goal is to send as little as possible to the landfill, ideally achieving a diversion rate of 90% or higher.
